Construction: Each frame is precisely cut & hand assembled. To complete construction and add stability to the frame, large precisely cut corner blocks are positioned at each corner where the greatest stress occurs using both glues and screws. 

Inspection: Higher standard of quality is assured by thorough inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Skilled inspectors inspect the frame & finish. After a final inspector carefully checks each piece one more time, builder seals in the quality by custom packing each piece prior to shipping.

Please note that the highest quality materials are used on this piece. Finishes are not guaranteed to be a perfect match as each piece is finished by Artisans’ hands. Wood, like all natural materials, has inherent disparities in color and grain pattern. There will be variation in color, texture and shading. Every finish was created for a specific wood species. Variation will occur when a finish is used on a different wood species and can change the overall look of the finish.
